The space-saving table solution for your camper – stable, flexible, well thought-out

Our floating table is made for real van life. It gives you a stable table surface exactly when you need it—and disappears again when you don't. You can open it completely, use half of it, or fold it away so that your camper remains open and flexible. This means you always have enough space for cooking, working, or chilling out, yet still have a space-saving camper table that adapts to your everyday life on the road.

The floating design also creates maximum legroom, as there is no table base in the way. This is a big advantage, especially for dog owners: the free space under the table can be used for dog crates while driving and remains fully usable even when parked.

We use a high-quality heavy-duty rail from Nuova Mapa as the basis, with a frame manufactured by us. The table is deliberately not anchored to the wall, but firmly to the vehicle floor, so that loads are absorbed cleanly and long-term stable use is possible.

The Nuova Mapa rail is only available in black. We offer the support frame and table top in various surface and edge colors.

Processing

As with all Camperboards products, we place great importance on clean workmanship and durable materials.

The frame runs smoothly in the Nuova Mapa rail and can easily withstand any challenge.

The table tops are robust, easy to clean, and made for everyday use in campers.
Thanks to the various decors and edge colors, the floating table and support frame blend harmoniously into your interior design.

Assembly

The table is mounted using a fixed floor anchor in the vehicle. This ensures that any loads are transferred directly and cleanly into the vehicle floor – exactly where they belong. This requires eight screws, which penetrate the floor panel by a maximum of 15 mm. We deliberately avoid wall mounting, as the side walls in panel vans are not usually designed to withstand permanent loads.

The result is a stable, floating camper table with more legroom that is also reliable for everyday van life. Whether you are a DIY builder or a professional, the system is well thought out, technically sound, and can be neatly integrated into almost any camper conversion.

Dimensions and weight

We currently offer tabletops with a length of 970 mm and widths of

450 mm / 500 mm / 550 mm / 600 mm / 650 mm.

Other widths available on request!

The base plate measures approximately 165 mm x 470 mm.

The height from the floor to the lower edge of the tabletop is approximately 760 mm.

The weight is approximately 26 kg, but may vary depending on the size of the tabletop.

Load capacity: Up to 30 kg in the front area for short periods when the table is extended.

Important note

The floating table is intended exclusively for installation in a vehicle. As it is mounted using a fixed floor anchor, a suitable, load-bearing surface is required. Before ordering, please check whether the structural conditions in your panel van or camper van are suitable for this.

As the table is custom-made to your specifications (dimensions, surfaces, edge colors), it is a special order. According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal, and exchanges or returns are excluded.

- Exact model designation
- Year of manufacture
- Pictures
- With and without headrests
- Without backrest upholstery, so that we can look at the seat structure
- Of the interior in general because of the color scheme

With the documents you provide, we can determine relatively quickly whether or what can be installed in your vehicle.

How high are the shipping costs?

Germany: Between 4,90€ and 14,90€ per product. If several products are purchased, we add up the shipping costs as we have to send the products in several packages.
