Since there are so many differences in the various manufacturers, models and years, we need the following data / documents from you.
- Exact model name
- Year of manufacture
- Images
- with and without headrests
- Without back cushion so that we can look at the seat structure
- from the interior in general because of the color design
With the documents you provide, we can determine relatively quickly whether or what can be installed in your vehicle.
You will receive a reply from us within 72 hours of receiving your data.

Are you unsure about the edge color?
The different colors should be shown in the product images and also appear in the color selection.

Individual color requests are possible at an additional cost, as we can easily offer custom-made products:
The batteries in the locking system are flat?
The lock has a sensor that detects when the batteries have too little voltage.
In this case, the lock no longer locks and unlocks permanently until new batteries are inserted.
If you control the lock with the app, you can also see the battery charge status at any time.
IMPORTANT:
After a battery change, the RFID cards must be taught in again.

How high are the shipping costs?
Germany: Free shipping from 300€ order value
For the following countries, we have individual shipping costs based on the prices of our carriers:

Attention:Invoicing for Swiss and British customers, is done without German VAT.The customer must pay customs duties and import tax, which is based on the value of goods.
What happens in the event of transport damage?
In the case of transport damage, we definitely need informative pictures of the damage to the packaging. Then you should take pictures of the unpacked and damaged product.
The best way to send them to us is by e-mail to info@camperboards.de.
With these pictures we can approach the transport service provider and claim the damage. The shipped goods are insured accordingly.
Since Camperboards has commissioned the order, only we can approach the service provider.
If it is demonstrably a transport damage, you will of course get a replacement delivery in a timely manner.
What do I have to consider when making a return?
You made a mistake and ordered the wrong edge color
or something does not fit? No problem, Camperboards offers you a voluntary return policy of 30 days in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal.
During this time you can easily exchange our product
or return it. The return costs are then borne by the buyer. In case of wrong delivery by Camperboards or damage to the product, we will of course cover the cost of a return.
Just contact us and we will send you a
return slip.

Please note:
For a return it is mandatory to use the original packaging so that our product comes back undamaged. So in the original box with the bubble wrap and foam inserts developed by us. Only then will we provide a replacement or a refund of the full purchase price.
In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge for the
damages incurred.
This does not include damage in transit. In this case
we are covered and you should contact us immediately. Details can be found at Vicky-Pedia under transport damage.
Which transport service provider do we use?
We chose DPD for Camperboards because the price/performance ratio is right. Other well-known providers have been tested in the past, but the overall result is right with DPD.
Only for shipping to United Kingdom we use UPS.
Can I track my shipment?
In short, Yes!
You will receive a notification from the shipping service provider with the tracking number as soon as the shipment has been registered.
You will receive an automatic notification by mail when the status changes.
Do you also deliver outside Germany?
Camperboards delivers to all EU countries, as well as to non-EU countries like Switzerland or United Kingdom.
What are the delivery times?
- The delivery times are noted in the respective product description.
- For common variants, we usually always have stock, then we can deliver within 5 days
- For new or uncommon products, you can expect a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.
- However, we are constantly working to further optimize delivery times.
Customer account
What is my data needed for?
- We need your complete billing and shipping address, to prepare all paperwork.
- Your email address is required to send you messages and for the automatic sending of billing and shipping documents.
- You can decide yourself whether we may use your email address for the newsletter.
- We need your phone number for the shipping process, so that the transport service provider can reach you if necessary.
Forgotten password, what to do?
- Forgot your password? This happens to me all the time!
- Click on: Forgot your password?
- Enter your e-mail address and click on "send".
- Wait a moment and then check your inbox! Click on the link sent to you and enter a new password!
- Attention: The email may also have been filed in your mailbox under "Unknown" or "Spam"!
Order & Payment
Can I order by phone or by e-mail?
- Unfortunately, no, the processing only goes through theonline store.

Where can I find the invoice?
- You will automatically receive the invoice to your specified e-mail address after completing the order process.
- On the invoice the currently valid sales tax for your home country will be shown. ( except UK and Switzerland)
- For Switzerland and UK no German VAT will be charged. This is taken over by the customer upon importation and then applies country-specific
Which means of payment can I use?

Around our product
Can I also get a customized product from Camperboards?
- Yes, this is basically not a problem.
- You can choose any surface color and edge color you can think of.
- However, since this is a product that we make only for you, we can unfortunately not only calculate the series price here. These are designed for an optimal order and production batch size.
- If you have a product in mind that we do not have in our portfolio, send us a message toinfo@camperboards.de.
- However, we have to take into account possible development costs or additional programming effort.
- We make you an offer "which you can not refuse" before commissioning :-)
What materials are our products made of?
- The selected outer goods (coating and edges) are only available from the relevant specialist retailers.
- The HPL (High Pressure Laminate) surface coating used is very hard-wearing, impact-resistant, temperature-resistant and easy to clean.
- ABS edgebands are thermoplastic edgebands for decorative narrow surface coating of wood-based materials and perform a protective and design function. They are completely colored through. The uniform through-coloring of the material allows clean and problem-free edge rounding.
- The sink covers are made of 3-layer bamboo in 20 mm thickness.
How are our products created?
- Experienced and certified joineries are commissioned with the production.
- Camperboards is continuously expanding this network.
- All wooden components are machined using CNC milling and guarantee a high degree of precision.
- The finish with edge processing is performed by experienced carpenters
How do I maintain the flush cover?
- The product is not delivered pre-treated!
- To enjoy it for a long time, we recommend that you wipe the bamboo sink cover with a soft cloth and a little oil before the first use and at least once a month. This is enough for maintenance. As oil you should use special bamboo care oil.
Alternatively, the following oils will also work:
Olive, flaxseed or coconut oil
What happens in case of water damage?
We use D2
gluing according to DIN EN 204, which is common in kitchens and interiors, for applying the ABS edge of our products.
Therefore, you can easily clean our board with a damp cloth
and the wood inside remains protected from splashing water - but it is NOT waterproof!
If water collects on the storage surface and is not immediately removed
, it can penetrate. This causes the wood to swell over time and our
storage board becomes thicker and thicker at this point.
If the humidity in the vehicle is too high, a similar error pattern can occur with furniture.
If there is any ambiguity in this regard, we have the option of calling in a surveyor or carpenter who can clearly determine whether there is water damage.
If it is demonstrably water damage, we will not accept the claim.
